Tech Lead

At Audacity IT Solutions, we’re seeking a 01 (ONE) Tech Lead to join our team.

Salary Range: 200,000 BDT – 250,000 BDT+ (open to extend for deserving candidates).

Number of Vacancies: 01  (On-site).

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 years in a leadership or tech lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Development:
  • Define, architect, and implement the technical vision and strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize development efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, including clean code principles, design patterns, and modular architecture.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Act as the primary technical authority, guiding the team on complex technical challenges and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive the adoption of modern development practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, and assess their applicability to current and future projects.
• Software Development Oversight:
  • Hands-on involvement in critical coding, debugging, and problem-solving to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, libraries, and services to enhance application functionality.
  • Ensure robust database design, optimization, and management for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement security best practices to protect applications and data from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and provide training, resources, and mentorship to upskill team members.
  • Promote a growth mindset and encourage knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.
• Project Delivery & Client Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and clients to define technical requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and solutions to meet their business needs.
• Process Optimization & Innovation:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Implement tools and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve deployment cycles.
  • Champion innovation by exploring and prototyping new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Business Alignment & Decision-Making:
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on technology investments, partnerships, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions that impact the long-term success of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 years in a leadership or tech lead role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality web and mobile applications.
  • Experience working with startups and corporations in an agency or consulting environment is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in modern web and mobile development frameworks (e.g., Java, PHP, React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies is a bonus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
